- Pick-up service requires a credit card guarantee. If there is any cancellation or change please inform the front office division before 6 pm one day before check-in and the cancelling fee might be charge.
PRECAUTIONS
- Starting from January 21, 2024, in response to environmental protection, disposable supplies will not be provided: including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, shower caps, combs, etc.
- XIUXI Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m..
- In order to maintain Hotel guests staying quality, smoking is prohibited in the Hotel and pets are not allowed to stay in the Hotel indoor area. If a pet is found in the guest room, the pet will be asked to leave the room immediately and we will charge one day of room rate for cleaning fee. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
- Cancellation: Please notify 3 days before the check-in date. XIUXI Hotel follows the rule of standard form contract by the government.
- No-show: It will be deemed as a cancellation on the day of check-in, and XIUXI Hotel will charge the full room rate of the reservation.
- The hotel uses a license plate recognition system. If you have made a reservation, please write down your license plate number in the remarks column when booking or call us to save your check-in time.
